Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of classes do you offer?

We offer two main class options: Drawing and Painting Guild, both available for all ages, beginners to advanced artists. Students can choose their preferred medium and work at their own pace. Each class is designed to provide personalised guidance from our experienced tutors, ensuring every artist has the support they need to grow.

2. What age groups are your classes for?

We offer classes for both kids (5–12 years) and teens & adults (13-95 years). Our kids' classes focus on creative development in a fun, structured environment, while our teen and adult classes offer more in-depth skill-building and personalised feedback.

3. How long is each session?

  • Kids’ classes: 2-hour sessions.

  • Teens & adults: 2-hour sessions.

This allows enough time for guided instruction, practice, and creative exploration.

4. Can I change my medium during a session?

Yes! You’re free to switch your medium (e.g., pastel to coloured pencils or acrylic to oil) in any session, as long as you’re enrolled in the appropriate class and have the materials required for that medium.

5. What if I missed a class?

If you can’t attend your class, please inform us in advance through call or text. This also allows us to arrange a free makeup session for you on the next available slot.

Missed classes are non-refundable.

6. Is tuition refundable if I can’t complete the term?

Unfortunately, tuition fees are non-refundable, even if you are unable to complete the term. However, we offer makeup sessions for missed classes during the next available session, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

7. Can parents/guardians stay with their kids during the session?

We understand that some children may feel nervous and need extra reassurance. Unfortunately, with the limited space in the studio, parents/guardians can only drop off their kids or wait downstairs until the end of the session.

8. What payment options are available?

We offer two convenient payment options for your tuition:

  • Online Payment/ Bank Transfer

  • In-Person Payment

9. Can I switch programs in the middle of the term?

While it’s not possible to switch programs mid-term as your tuition is allocated to a specific type only (drawing or painting), alternatively, you can choose a different program for the next term subject to the applicable tuition fee.

10. Is parking available at the studio?

Yes, parking is available at the studio; however, it is limited. We recommend checking the parking map on our website to find the best spots available.

11. Can I listen to music while painting?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your earphones or headphones to class and enjoy music while you paint.

12. Is there a one-day session available?

Yes, we offer the Drawing and Painting Quest, which allows you to book a session without any long-term commitment. Coloring materials are NOT included in the cost.

13. What are the material costs?

If you wish to add materials, additional costs will apply. However, you are welcome to bring your own materials if you have them at no extra cost.

The materials to be used for kids will be determined at the start of the term.
